Franco Manca, a famo...
Franco Manca, a famous Italian restaurant in London. Sourdough pizza there has very high CP ratio that the size is quite large and delicious but the price is less than 10 pounds.

We, two persons, ordered Baked Aubergine Parmigiana as a starter and also a pizza with Dry San Marzano tomatoes, roasted potatoes & onions, British mozzarella, Colston Bassett stilton and seasonal pesto.

The restaurant was quite full at the dinner time and we waited a while. The manager was funny and spoke with us a little bit mandarin, like "吃什麼". It's interesting that we can see the whole process of making pizzas with a very huge furnace.

📍Franco Manca - 4 Bernard St, Russell Square
