位於東京淺草寺雷門和仲見世通附近🏯，開業不足一年的「茶茶工房Futatsume」，其招牌甜點「生榨和栗抹茶蒙布朗」，夯到可說是 “淺草的新名產”的代名詞。

在食材上相當講究，🍵抹茶產自知名日本茶產地的靜岡縣，選用有機栽培、無農藥茶葉。選用以出產和栗而聞名的茨城縣笠間市生產的栗子🌰。其他食材，譬如顆粒紅豆餡和檸檬醬均為自製🍋，琥珀糖也是手工製作而成🍬。大口嚐入細滑的抹茶栗子泥，口齒間溫和順口的抹茶與醇厚濃郁的和栗相融的滋味，令人讚不絕口；下層的馬斯卡彭鮮奶油🧁，其搭配效果也是一絕，各種食材所交織的豐富口感滿足了味蕾。令人驚喜的是，連甜筒的最下層都有抹茶栗子泥，真是一次完美的品嚐！🤩

🍵The Matcha "Noodle" Ice Cream is a playful take on traditional Japanese soba noodles🍜, but instead of being made from buckwheat flour, the "noodles" are actually made from matcha green tea powder and milk.

🍦The ice cream has a smooth and creamy texture, with a subtle but distinct matcha flavor that is both refreshing and satisfying. The presentation of the dessert is also worth noting. The ice cream is served in a traditional wooden bowl, with the matcha "noodles" piled on top like a nest. The dish is then garnished with a sprinkle of kinako (roasted soybean flour) and a small mound of sweet red bean paste.😋
